Returns Policy

Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction:

Items we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Jewellery made to order/customized - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewellery that is made to order due to its customized fit. We craft these pieces with utmost care to meet your specific needs.
2. Earrings - For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings. 

Returns and exchanges: 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for jewellery that:

1. Is in the condition it was received & original package.
2. Has not been worn.
3. Has not been made to order/customized to your needs.
4. Is returned within 30 days.

Return Address: 6 Fern Road, Sandyford, Dublin D18 FP98, Ireland. While returning items, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to one week for us to process your refund.
