- Jewellery made to order - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewellery that is made to order due to its customized fit. We craft these pieces with utmost care to meet your specific needs.
- Earrings - For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings.
Returns and exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for jewellery that:
- Is in the condition it was received & original package.
- Has not been worn.
- Has not been made to order/customized to your needs.
- Is returned within 30 days.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to one week for us to process your refund.
